Countdown to Christmas event — December 1: 4:30-6:30

Join us on December 1 as we begin the season of Advent and the Countdown to Christmas. People of all ages are invited to join us on the lower parking lot for a holiday movie, popcorn bar, photo booth, ornament-making, and cookie decorating. Invite your friends, family and neighbors to join you as we begin the season with meaning-making and community building!

Check your newsletter for more details on this service project where we will collect items for Mount Auburn STEAM Academy and White Rock Center of Hope throughout the Advent Season.

Women’s Advent Service –  December 9 at 7:00 p.m.

The annual Women’s Advent Worship Service is a meaningful tradition at Northridge, and we warmly invite you to join us for this year’s gathering on Monday, December 9, at 7:00 p.m. This service of meditation and reflection will be led by Heather Mustain from Wilshire Baptist Church, guiding us through a time to center ourselves in the hope and peace of the Advent season. Following the service, we’ll enjoy a reception and time together. Mark your calendars and bring a friend!

Lessons & Carols Service — December 22 at 9:00 a.m. & 11:00 a.m.

In worship, we will take part in this classic, beloved tradition as we prepare our hearts and minds for the coming of Christmas.

Jesus Birthday Party — December 22 at  10:00 a.m.

Join us in Quillin Hall on December 22 where we’ll celebrate Jesus’ birthday!

Children’s Nativity Story Christmas Eve — December 24 at 10:00 a.m.

Join us at 10:00 a.m. in the sanctuary for our annual Children’s Nativity Story. The children will lead us in the interactive singing and story. If your child is interested in participating in the story, the sign up here. There are a few speaking parts and many non-speaking parts. If they decide they do not want to participate, but change their mind, we will have plenty of extra costumes on Christmas Eve! For those that sign up for a part we will practice for 10 minutes during Connection Hour on December 8, 15, and 22. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Family Ministries Coordinator, Leah Lucas at leahl@northridgepc.org.

Traditional Candlelight Christmas Eve — December 24 at 5:30 p.m.

Join us in the sanctuary at 5:30 p.m. for this traditional service, complete with communion and candlelight worship.
