EASTER SERVICES

Please join us for live-streamed services on Facebook as we celebrate Easter:

  • Palm/Passion Sunday – April 5, 2020, 10:00 a.m.
  • Maundy Thursday – April 9, 2020, 7:00 p.m.
  • Good Friday – April 10, 2020, 12:00 noon
  • Easter Vigil – April 11, 2020, 9:00 p.m.
  • Easter Day – April 12, 2020, 10:00 a.m.

Unfortunately, we must cancel the Egg-stravaganza event.

 

ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Session has decided to suspend public worship and all face-to-face organizational meetings indefinitely due to health concerns. There are no in-person activities or services. The Session will keep you apprised of any changes in the coming weeks via email. The announcements will also be posted below:

Donations to UTSW Welcome!
UTSW welcomes donations of respirators, gowns, gloves, and other personal protective equipment (PPE). Such donations are being coordinated through their Office of Development and Alumni Relations. They can be reached by email at [email protected], or by phone at 214-648-8988. Drop-offs of donated items can be made by appointment, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. An online donation form also has been created for community members wishing to make a financial contribution to support front-line care providers, patient care efforts, and research.

Northridge Without Borders – Pack the Pews Collection on Sunday, March 29
Northridge Without Borders is working with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) to provide food to the most vulnerable families in the refugee community during the COVID-19 crisis. We welcome help from all Northridge families and friends who are able to contribute.

This week Northridge will collect items for babies such as:

-formula
-diapers
-baby food
-wipes

Please bring the baby items to the Northridge side portico for curbside drop off between 3:00 and 5:00 Sunday afternoon, March 29th. A church member will be there to receive the items and acknowledge you with a wave – social distancing will be the rule!

Alternatively, you can have items delivered directly to the IRC through Amazon or another third party distributor. The address for deliveries is:

-canned fruits/ vegetables
-beans
-cooking oil
-soups
-pasta/noodles/rice
-etc.

The Session of Northridge Presbyterian Church has passed a motion that “We, as a Session, suspend public worship and all other organizational face-to-face meetings indefinitely. We will continue with live streamed worship.”
